Our minimum order is $150.00 per order.
What do I need to do before placing my order?
Please have item numbers, page numbers, and quantities prepared before placing your order.
Does Ramson's sell to the general public?
We ask all of our vendors to provide us with a copy of their State Resales #, a Federal Tax ID #, and/or an Ohio Sales & Use Blanket Exemption certificate.
If I am purchasing in the State of Ohio do I need anything special?
If you are purchasing in the State of Ohio you must fill out an Ohio Sales & Use Blanket Exemption certificate or pay the appropiate Ohio Sales Tax.
How do I get an Ohio Sales Tax Exemption Form?
You can obtain this form the Ohio Department of Taxtion.

Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Columbus, Ohio.
What is your normal carrier?
United Parcel Service (UPS) is our normal carrier.
Can you ship an order by US Mail?
We can ship an order by US Mail, but there will be an ADDITIONAL $15 service fee.
How quickly are orders shipped?
Most orders placed before 12p.m. Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day. Otherwise orders are usually shipped the next business day. However, Ramson's does NOT guarantee that the orders will be shipped as mentioned above.
How can we pay for an order?
All orders are shipped "COD-Cash", Credit Card, or Pre-Paid ONLY!
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, & Visa.
How can we send you a Pre-Payment?
Prepayments are accepted in the form of Company/Bank/Personal/ checks or Money Orders. Bank Transfers/Wires are accepted as well. (Please contact for details on bank transfers/wires.)
If I Prepay, when will my order be shipped?
All prepaid orders will be shipped AFTER your check has cleared the bank.
What happenes if my account is delinquent?
Any delinquent accounts will incur interest, collection, and all legal fees at the expense of the customer.
What is the approximate cost of freight?
When ordering or prepaying, please ESTIMATE 15% of total merchandise cost as the amount of freight cost. Any credit from overpayment of freight will be credited to your account.
Can I have my shipment sent Next or Second Day Air?
Yes, we can send your order Next or Second Day Air. All air shipments must be either PrePaid or paid by Credit Card. (NO CODs)
How do I return an order?
NO returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.
How do I send back defective/broken merchandise?
Claims for defective/broken merchandise or shortages must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. After five (5) days, Ramson's Imports, Inc. assumes that customer has accepted the order as complete.
What happens to refused/undelivered orders?
All orders refused and/or returned undelivered will be billed a 15% restocking fee on the total merchandise PLUS original freight charges AND return freight charges.
Can I return merchandise I don't sell?
NO. We do NOT sell merchandise on a "Guarantee Sale" basis, and we will NOT accept ANY returns unless product is damaged and is reported to us within our 5 day grace period.
Will I have advance notice of policy changes?
Prices, company policies, photos, colors, sizes, etc. are subject to change WITHOUT prior notice.
Do I have to be minimum age to purchase items?
YES! We sell to other businesses, NOT the "general public". You must be at least 18 years of age.
What age group are the items for?
Most items in this catalog are recommended for children over the age of five (5). However, particular items are meant for adults ages 18 and up. Please use your best judgment.
Do any goverment regulations apply?
Ramson's Imports, Inc. makes every effort to adhere to all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations. Therefore, certain products on this website may be regulated be certain government agencies. Therefore, certain restrictions may apply.
